In a DMCC company, many letters your staff need cannot simply be printed on your own letterhead. Banks, consulates, landlords and government bodies often expect a DMCC NOC or a DMCC salary certificate issued by DMCC itself. Our PRO team requests them through the member portal so the right document arrives in the right format, first time.

How we request a DMCC NOC

  1. Tell us the purposeWho the letter is addressed to and what it must say — this decides which DMCC template applies.
  2. Portal requestWe file it in the DMCC portal with supporting documents (passport, visa, salary details or resolutions).
  3. ApprovalDMCC reviews and issues the document, usually within a few working days.
  4. DeliveryWe send you the issued letter and keep a copy on your compliance file.
Salary figures on DMCC letters come from the employment contract registered with DMCC. If a salary has changed, the contract amendment has to be filed first or the certificate will show the old figure. We handle that as part of our DMCC PRO services.

DMCC NOC & letters — FAQs

How do I get a salary certificate from DMCC?
The sponsoring company requests it through the DMCC member portal. DMCC issues it in English or Arabic, for a fee of around AED 165 at the time of writing.
How much is a DMCC NOC?
Most registration NOCs, such as for bank accounts, utilities or opening a branch, are around AED 265 each. The NOC for a 10-year Golden Visa is around AED 2,000.
How long does a DMCC NOC take?
Most letters and NOCs are issued within a few working days once the request is complete.
Can I issue my own employment letter instead?
For many internal purposes yes, but banks, consulates and government bodies often require the DMCC-issued version for a DMCC-sponsored employee.
Why does my DMCC salary certificate show the wrong salary?
DMCC uses the salary in the registered employment contract. A contract amendment must be filed first if the salary has changed.
